Back to School

Hey!!!!This is my second weeks back at school and I'm already exhausted. I really think that when I get back I'll appreciate school a whole lot more! I only have two weeks left in France! It went by so fast!! I can't wait to come home and see everbody and speak english! But I don't really miss english that much anymore, and I've even started to forget english words! I was talking to the english teacher the other day and I started speaking french, and Margot's little sister was asking me how to say words in english and I was hesitating!!
I ate a new weird thing!! It's called boudin, and its a pig's blood sausage that you eat with cooked apples. If you don't think about what you're eating it works but once you start to realize what it is it starts to get a little disgusting. But it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. And then I called Dad you told me that there was a break out of swine flu, which had to be on the same night I happened to eat pigs blood!!!
Anyway, I'll see you all in two weeks!!!!

Easter Vacation continued

Tothe left is me and Fanny at this huge candy museum called "La Musee Haribo", the yellow doggish thing is their mascot. To the right is me and Fanny dancing on the Pont d'Avignon, Margot was too embarassed by the dancing and by us! I think we embarassed her a lot but we had fun!!!

Okay, I've eaten. In the post before this one "finku church" was actually supposed to be funky church, its not a cool new word, just a typo.
Anyway here are some more pictures.

The bridge to the right is the Pont du Gard, it was built in the 12th century by the romans, it was an aquaduct I think.

Easter Vacation

I just got back from the first week of my Easter vacation in Provence, it was really fun! The temperature was constantly around 26 degrees and sunny with just a little breeze, it was perfect! We started off in this little town called Belcodene about 30 minutes from Marseille, we spent four days there but we travelled around too. We went to a place called Aix en Provence (pronounced X en Provence) and we walked around this beautiful market.
Sorry about the formatting I don't really know how to fix it. Anyway after X en Provence we went to this town called Bandol which is right on the Meditaranean Sea, it was again really beautiful. Then we went to Marseille but we didn't stay as long as I would have liked. We went to this really finku church that kind of makes you dizzy when you stare at the cieling for too long.
Then we moved on to this town called Venejan and we visited Avignon, Montpellier and some incredibly old roman ruins. And I can now say that I've danced on the Pont d'Avignon just like in the song!!!!! "Sur le Pont d'Avignon on y danse on y danse......"
We spent a day in Montpellier taking a guided walking tour of the town, and hitting the outrageously expensive boutiques. It was really fun! At the end of the guided tour we visited the fake Arc-de-triomphe and I took lots of pictures so that when I visit the real Arc-de-triomphe I can compare.
And yesterday when I got home I found a huge, heavy box of wonderful candies from my wonderful mommy and granny, I found another wonderful letter from my wonderful auntie and I found my home flight information from ISE and my report card info that I have to give to all the teachers here to fill out! It was perfect timing for everything because I was feeling kind of bummed about having to leave the beautiful weather, the sea and I have to go eat now so I'll continue this post later! Bye!
