Easter Vacation continued

Tothe left is me and Fanny at this huge candy museum called "La Musee Haribo", the yellow doggish thing is their mascot. To the right is me and Fanny dancing on the Pont d'Avignon, Margot was too embarassed by the dancing and by us! I think we embarassed her a lot but we had fun!!!

Okay, I've eaten. In the post before this one "finku church" was actually supposed to be funky church, its not a cool new word, just a typo.
Anyway here are some more pictures.

The bridge to the right is the Pont du Gard, it was built in the 12th century by the romans, it was an aquaduct I think.

  1. OMG - c'est tres magnifique! Now I have added the south of France to my wish list. Sounds, and looks, like a fantastic holiday. Don't you think the photo of the sea cliff and turquoise water remind you of Momma Mia and Greece?
Back to school, but there must be another holiday coming up soon - I think I would like this European school schedule!
So happy to hear you received the card - I think of you every day and love that I got to chat last week.
P.S. It was a nice touch to add that you got your return home schedule - that there is one I mean.
See you soon, meanwhile enjoy your last few weeks! Bon journee ma belle, Deb

  2. I did find reference to a religion called finku which was practiced in the 8th century in northern turkey. The literature indicates that the sect disappeared completely around 1000 AD. Perhaps did an exchange with some catholics in France? Huh...could be true...
